deconvtv - an algorithm for total variation deconvolution

Introduction

deconvtv refers to DECONVolution for Total Variation problems. It is a fast numerical optimization algorithm for the following two total variation based image and video deblurring and denoising problems:

where the (isotropic) total variation norm is defined as (anisotropic TV can be defined analogously):

Here, the input data f is a three-dimensional space-time signal, which is the generalization of 2D images. Therefore, deconvtv is able to solve a wide range of image and video restoration problems.
